Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) play an important role in Pharmaceutical Industry ensuring the quality of Products. HVAC controls parameters such as Temperature, Relative Humidity, Differential Pressures, and Air Flow in Production Area. The Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) require the prevention Mixing of air of Different production area and contamination and cross-contamination. To achieve this the Proper HVAC system is designed for whole facility.

Our Team discuss the requirement for different manufacturing Areas on Approved conceptual Architectural plan. On the basis team Identify Air Ventilation & Air conditioning system requirement. Users Requirement Specifications (URS) are prepared for Humidity, Temperature, Area Classification, Air Changes per hour and other required details.

These are done taking care of clean room requirement and Contamination Control.

Design drawings and detailed specifications are decided for preparation of  Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for tender documents related to Ventilation and Air Handling System.
